ATTENTION HIDDEN HILLS HOMEOWNERS

Features have been implemented into the computer system at the guardhouse that will allow you to notify Security of an expected guest or vendor via e-mail or voicemail.

Please note that in order for these features to function properly, we must have your current e-mail and phone numbers in the gatehouse software.  If you are unsure of the numbers that we have in the system, please complete a resident update form with your current information and submit it to the guardhouse or fax it to 904-819-9564.  The forms are available at the guardhouse or here on our website via the main menu "Forms/Documents".

The e-mail and voicemail system is intended for daily visitors only.  Access for visitors that are sent via e-mail or voicemail will expire at midnight on the following day.  To arrange for an extended guest, please contact the guards directly.

Voicemail

  • Call 646-1231 (guardhouse).
  • If you are calling from a telephone that is within the system (home number, cell phone or work number) then you may leave a message stating whom your guest or vendor is.
  • If the number that you are calling from is not recognized by the system you will need to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN).  To request your PIN, please contact NMI via e-mail to mgmtpros@neighborhoodmgrs.com.
  • When the system answers, option 1 will ask you the name of your guest or vendor.  Option 2 to speak to the guard is not available at this time.
  • Option 3 will advise you to call 251-3440 if you need to speak with The Neighborhood Managers.  This option is available Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
