Accolades to Susan and Charles Smith! Their property is always picture perfect; not a blade of grass out of place. A sure sign of perfection!

In addition, special thanks is extended to Charles for his dedication and tireless efforts having served on the HHCCE Board for numerous years.

Although his responsibilities were many throughout his service, he personally supervised the new pathway and landscaping along Mission Hills Drive, which was a project long overdue. Not only did it update our community, but it afforded each of us a beautiful drive entering into the neighborhood.

The countless hours it takes to keep a neighborhood up to par is priceless. Once again, Charles, sincere thanks for all you've done to keep Hidden Hills a great place to call home!

This will be the last Yard of Month award extended until next spring.

On behalf of all property owners and the Board of Directors, a sincere thank you is extended to Kathy Buffkin for her dedication and volunteerism in overseeing this project for the past year.
